144th foundation day of Zap One today, Anand Mela will be organized
The 144th foundation day of Zap One will be celebrated on Friday. The JAP headquarters has been decorated in this regard. The main function will be held at the parade ground of Zap One from 9.30 am. The chief guest will be Additional Director General of Police Raj Kumar Mallik. Other police officers will also be present. The chief guest will pay tribute to the martyrs and salute them at the Martyr Memorial at 10 am. After this there will be other programs. The program will end at 11 o’clock. On the foundation day of JAP, the inauguration of Anand Mela will take place at the Old Football Ground after 11 am. All preparations for the fair have been completed. 97 stalls have been set up here. In which apart from local, there are stalls from other places including Darjeeling. Apart from food and drinks, household items and handloom items will be available at these stalls. A swing has been installed there for children. Entry to the fair is free. People will be able to enjoy the fair from 10 am to 10 pm. There will be cultural programs every day. Many types of competitions will be organized for children on Sunday. Vehicle parking facility is also available for the people coming to the fair.
