Jharkhand: Attention Chief Minister! A woman moaning due to labor pain walked 4 km in a state of insanity, then an ambulance was found

Ichak (Hazaribagh), Ramsharan Sharma: Munni Devi, a pregnant woman moaning due to labor pain in Puranpaniya village of Dadighaghar panchayat, had to walk four kilometers to go to the hospital, about 15 km from Ichak block headquarters of Hazaribagh district, amidst remote mountains. Due to lack of good road to the village, other women and Sahiya cooperated and brought them to Fufandi village by walking four kilometers on the way of the hilly trail. Only then the pregnant woman got an ambulance. After this, the pregnant woman moaning in pain reached CHC Ichak at around 10 am on Friday. Where she gave birth to a daughter under the supervision of AMM. Both mother and child are healthy after delivery.

Pregnant woman reached the ambulance by walking four kilometers in three hours

It may be known that Munni Devi, wife of Surendra Kisku, a resident of Puranpaniya village of Dadighaghar panchayat, felt labor pains from the night of June 8. Due to the night, the woman kept sobbing at home. In the morning, her husband Surendra Kisku, Babulal Manjhi, village women Chandamuni Devi, Nanki Devi, Sukurmuni Devi helped the pregnant woman and walked four kilometers in three hours to Fufandi Chowk. After this he was taken to the hospital by ambulance.

Villagers are upset due to lack of paved road in the village

Tell that after Fufandi village, due to lack of concrete roads to reach Purnapaniyan, Gardih, Salujam, Dhardharwa villages of Dadighaghar Panchayat, people travel through the hilly footpath. Because of which people are facing problems for years. Sick and pregnant women have to be treated by sitting in doli, which is a matter of serious concern.

Requested from the district administration to the people’s representatives, but the road was not found

In this regard, the Secretary of BJP Scheduled Tribe Morcha, Ramesh Kumar Hembram said that he has requested many times to the public representatives including the district administration for the construction of the road. Despite this, the road has not been constructed till date. Due to non-construction of road, the villagers have to face difficulties in getting pregnant women and sick people treated. He said that the health sub-centre built in Dadighaghar never opens. Neither any doctor nor any ANM ever goes there. Due to which the people of this Panchayat have not been able to get the benefit of health facilities till date.

Application given many times regarding road construction, no one took care

On the other hand, Chief Nandkishore Mehta says that Hazaribagh DC, Koderma MP co-Union Minister of State for Education Annapurna Devi and MLA Amit Kumar Yadav have given applications regarding the construction of road from Fufandi village to Puranpaniya village. The villagers are facing a lot of trouble due to non-construction of the road.
