Jharkhand Assembly Foundation Day tomorrow, these artists including Javed Ali and Kumar Satyam will come to Ranchi

Ranchi: Foundation day of Jharkhand Assembly is on 22nd November. The Assembly has completed preparations for the program which will last for two days. A cultural program has been organized on November 23 from 6 pm. The program will start with folk singing and music by local artists. Singer Javed Ali will make people dance to his songs in the program. People will enjoy the ghazals of ghazal singer Kumar Satyam. Comedian Ravindra Johny’s satirical arrows will also be played during the cultural programme. Governor CP Radhakrishnan will inaugurate the Foundation Day program on 22 November. Chief Minister Hemant Soren will be present as the chief guest in the program.

Assembly Speaker Rabindranath Mahato, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Alamgir Alam, Leader of Opposition Amar Bauri, Chief Whip of the ruling party Nalin Soren and ministers and MLAs from the ruling party and opposition were present in the program. This year Manika MLA Ramchandra Singh has been selected as the outstanding MLA. He will be given Birsa Munda Excellent MLA Award. He will be honored by the Chief Minister with a citation and a memento worth Rs 51,000. Ramchandra Singh is a Congress MLA. He has been elected MLA from Manika Assembly for the third time. Along with the outstanding MLA, six employees will also be honored in the ceremony.

These workers will be given Rs 21,000, citation and memento. The employees who were honored are Joint Secretary Mithilesh Kumar Mishra, Under Secretary Vishnu Paswan, Branch Officers Nilesh Kumar Singh and Niaz Ahmed, Senior Secretariat Assistant Tapas Kumar Yadav and Assistant Michael Lakra. In the ceremony, families of martyred soldiers of the state killed in Naxalite incidents, 10th and 12th toppers, excellent sportspersons and scientists of Jharkhand associated with Chandrayaan Mission will be specially honoured.
