Jailed Aman Sau’s henchmen shot coal businessman Rajendra Prasad Sahu, a resident of Teli Mohalla of Balumath and former District Council Vice President of Latehar, near Doon School in Jhariva Tola at around 6 pm on Saturday evening. After executing the incident, both the criminals riding the bike escaped. The bullet hit his chest, arm and thigh. Seriously injured Sahu has been admitted to Medica, Ranchi after first aid at Balumath’s Community Health Center. There late night the team of doctors was engaged in removing the bullet stuck in the chest by performing an operation. And SP Anjani Anjan is camping in Balumath.
The police are conducting raids by cordoning off the entire city. On the other hand, angry people blocked the Ranchi-Chatra main road near Murpa turn in protest against the incident. Till the writing of the news, there was a road jam on NH-99. People were demanding the arrest of the criminals. It may be known that two months ago, in the interrogation of ATS, Aman Sau had accepted the point of threatening Rajendra Sahu regarding the demand of levy.

Meanwhile, he saw that two young men riding a bike were roaming around the house. He recognized one of them as the shooter of the Aman gang. When he tried to stop both, they started running. After this, Rajendra Sahu started chasing both of them from the bike along with the bodyguard. After chasing a short distance, the criminals stopped the bike due to the valley. Rajendra Sahu reached there and clashed with the criminals. In this sequence, the criminals shot. The SP said that Rajendra Sahu also fired four bullets which did not hit the criminals.
