Jhansi: The young man who urinated on a retired scientist in the train was released from the police station itself, the victim said – it is wrong to leave like this

Jhansi RPF released the accused who urinated on a retired scientist and his wife in the AC coach of Uttar Pradesh Sampark Kranti Express from the police station itself. Because action was taken against him under Section 145 of the Railway Act. This is a bailable section. Scientist Dr. GN Khare, who is aggrieved by this action, is not at all satisfied. He said that despite repeated refusal, the young man kept urinating on him and his wife. He did not agree even after switching on the light. He said that someone was standing naked in front of a woman and doing such dirty acts and the police released him from the police station itself. This is a big crime. In this the young man should at least have been sent to jail.

Actually, retired scientist from Banaras Hindu University, Dr. GN Khare (66) and his wife Usha Khare (60) were going to Hazrat Nizamuddin from Harpalpur in Madhya Pradesh. They were traveling in train number 12447 Sampark Kranti Express at 9:51 pm on seats number 57 and 60 of the lower berth of AC coach B-3. Ritesh, a resident of Qutub Bihar South West New Delhi, was traveling on the seat above him. It is alleged that he was under the influence of alcohol.

Dr. GN Khare told that when I boarded the train, the accused was already sleeping. My wife and I also slept on the seat. Before reaching Jhansi, there was some wet feeling around Orchha. When I woke up, I saw that the accused was standing below and urinating on us. Even after I switched on the light, he continued urinating on my wife. He didn’t even stop. I raised an alarm, ran and called TTE and coach attendant. Then the policemen posted in the train also came and caught the accused. And handed him over to RPF at Jhansi railway station.

DRM gave instructions for investigation

At the same time, after the incident of a drunken passenger urinating on an elderly scientist and his wife in a moving train, the railway administration has become active. At the same time, Public Relations Officer Manoj Kumar Singh said that in this case RPF has taken action against the accused under the Railway Act. After receiving the complaint from the passenger, immediate action was taken and the accused was caught.
