Jamtara: Dafadar-Chowkidar Federation staged a protest, placed this demand in front of Hemant Soren

Jamtara: On behalf of Jharkhand State Dafadar-Chowkidar Federation, District Branch Jamtara, a protest was held in front of the Collectorate on Thursday. State President Krishna Dayal Singh was present as the chief guest. On the occasion, the State President said that the Jharkhand government should immediately cancel the advertisement issued for the vacant posts of retired Chowkidars, Dafadars and retired Chowkidars in the district. In the light of clause 2 (9) of Jharkhand Chowkidar Cadre Rules 2015, new beats were created on 100 to 120 residential houses and advertisements were taken out on new beats. If advertisements are published on the old beats of Chowkidars and Dafadars, then the dependents of retired Chowkidars and retired Chowkidars and retired Chowkidars will not be able to be reinstated, which will have a direct impact on public interest and state interest. Because the watchman is from the same family from generation to generation, their information is very important in public interest and state interest. 90 percent people of Scheduled Castes, Tribes and Backward Classes have been working in the Chowkidari system from generation to generation. Of the vacant posts of Chowkidars and Dafadars, 95 percent are from these classes. A demand has been made to the Home Secretary to take departmental action against the police station in-charges who are flouting the orders given by the Home Department and performing bank duty, prisoner escort, road patrol, check naka duty and postal duty.
