UPSC CSE Final Result 2023: Jamshedpur, Sanjeev Bhardwaj: Swati Sharma, daughter of former Army soldier (CMP) Sanjay Sharma, has hoisted the flag of Jamshedpur in the UPSC examination. Swati Sharma has secured 17th position in the All India Ranking in the Indian Administrative Service examination. When the results of the exam came out on Tuesday, the entire family including Swati started searching for the ranking. When Swati saw her rank as 17th, she herself couldn’t believe it. Swati said that she had definitely thought that she would crack UPSC, but had no expectation that she would be able to perform so well. Parents have a hand behind every success. In this, my brother Sanjeev Sharma working in Tata Steel also helped a lot. Sushil Kumar Singh, Rajeev Ranjan Singh and the entire team of Ex-Servicemen Service Council visited his house and congratulated him.

Swati Sharma, who got 17th All India rank in UPSC exam, said that her father was in the army, so her initial studies were done in many parts of the country. Swati passed her matriculation examination from Army Secondary School, Kolkata. After this, he completed his 12th class from Tagore Academy located in Sakchi. After this, in 2019, she did MA in Political Science from Jamshedpur Women’s College, Bishtupur. One of his teachers at Tagore Academy, Zakir Akhtar, had motivated him for the UPSC exam. Impressed by his words and shared this information with the parents, they paved all the way for further studies. This was his third attempt. In the first two attempts, he stayed in Jamshedpur and studied and took the examination, but he was not selected. After this he decided to make a final attempt, but for this it was decided to go to Delhi. Started studies in Delhi in November 2022. The examination was held in June 2023, the result came in August. His interview was held in January 20024, the result of which was top 17th.

Swati Sharma, who got 17th All India rank in UPSC exam, said that the main mantra behind the position she has achieved is not to repeat old mistakes. Have to think about how to study further. How the topper students solved the questions, what was their study pattern, how to keep themselves busy in studies without pressure, they learned and worked on it, life itself became better.
