A 66 feet tricolor flag will be hoisted in Jamshedpur zonal cum block office on Republic Day. This will be the first panchayat cum zonal office in the state where the 66 feet tricolor will be hoisted. 55 chiefs and Panchayat committee members will witness this. On the recommendation of Raina Purti, Pansas cum Communication President of Central Haludbani, the flag is being purchased from the funds of 15 Finance Commission. Jamshedpur BDO Sachidanand Mahato said that Jamshedpur will be the first block to hoist the 66 feet tricolor flag. Pansas Raina Purti said that it is a matter of pride. In the year 2022-23, an initiative was taken to purchase the national flag from the Panas Fund, which is now about to come to fruition.
Water tower in Bahuliya not working since last one year, drinking water crisis
The solar water tower of Bahuliya village of Barsol area is not working since last one year. People are facing a lot of problems for drinking water. Water has to be brought from distant places. Villagers Benuram Singh, Gaurang Singh, Robin Singh, Daman Singh, Ashutosh Dalai, Dilip Dalai, Nivaran Saand, Sukumar Saand, Ravindra Saand, Pintu Saand, Manik Dehuri, Satyajit Das, Santosh Das etc. said that the information about the water tower being damaged was sent to the Water and Gave it to the Sanitation Department several times. No initiative has been taken till now. There are two water towers in the village, one of which is not working. It is not possible to provide water for so many families in one water tower. There is anger among the villagers due to this. The water tower was fine, so water was supplied twice a day. The villagers have demanded to repair the water tower soon.
