Jamshedpur: Chauda Raju’s house is built on government land, police got it measured, now preparations to demolish it

Jamshedpur: The measurement of the house of Chauda Raju, a resident of Warishnagar, Azadnagar, who is absconding in the murder of a land businessman in Mango and a Tiger jawan, was done on Tuesday. In the presence of Mango Circle Officer Brajesh Kumar Srivastava and DSP (Head Quarter One) Birendra Ram, Amin measured the land and house of the main conspirator of the murder. During investigation, it was identified that Chauda Raju’s house is built on government land. The police is now preparing to demolish it. The police searched the contents of the house. The police took the keys from Chauda Raju’s wife and seized the scooter, bike, bullet, two cars and a pickup van kept in the house and took them to the police station. The police action lasted for an hour. Police is searching for Chauda Raju, Qadir, Jamshed, Moin etc. who are absconding in the double murder case. Raids are being conducted in Seraikela, Ranchi, West Bengal and Odisha for his arrest.

Mango double murder case

It is known that on December 8, five bike-riding miscreants attacked land businessman and scoundrel Mohd. in Mango Road No. 16. Sajjad Khan alias Tanda was shot dead. While trying to escape, Tiger jawan Ramdev Mahato and Nirmal Tudu caught three miscreants. After this the miscreants shot Tiger Jawan Ramdev Mahato. He died during treatment at TMH. In this case, two separate FIRs have been registered in Mango police station. First FIR registered against Sanjay Sarkar, Chauda Raju, Qadir, Jamshed, Moin, Arshad and 8-10 others on the statement of SI Anuj Kumar in Mango police station under sections 307,326,120B,34 IPC and 25(1B)(A)26,27, An FIR has been registered under 35 Arms Act 1959. Whereas the second FIR has been registered for murder against Sanjay Sarkar, Chauda Raju, Qadir, Jamshed, Moin, Arshad, Yusuf Kanchwala, his son Atish etc. on the statement of Shahnawaz Khan alias Dabar, brother of deceased Sajjad Khan.
