After the completion of the tunnel work, work will be done to install travelators, escalators, lifts etc. This project of Patna Smart City Limited is being constructed under the supervision of Bihar State Bridge Construction. The target of its construction is June. It is 2024. Its construction will cost around 84 crores.
195 meter work completed including RCC and tunnel
A 440 meter subway is being constructed between Bakri Bazar and Patna Junction. In this, 110 meters surface road, while 330 meters underground road is to be made. A total of 195 meters of work has been completed in this. With the completion of work on 110 m surface, 85 m tunnel has been built. 110 meter RCC work has been completed from Bakri Bazar side.
Will go inside with the help of escalator in the underground part
Travelers will be installed in the eight meter wide area in the upper part from Bakri Bazar side. Standing on it, people will cover a distance of 110 meters. To make an underground path, the work of digging earth will be done about eight meters below the upper surface. It will come out near the south boundary of Mahavir temple.
