The contract was given to Sujata Hotel Private Limited. Three acres of land was taken from the company in lieu of giving the contract for the hotel. This land was given in February 2005 to M/s Delight Marketing Company Private Limited, a company owned by the family of RJD MP PC Gupta, at a much lower rate than the circle rates. Later the company transferred this land to Rabri Devi and Tejashwi.
