IPL 2024, MI vs SRH: Sunrisers Hyderabad scored 277 runs for three wickets against Mumbai Indians on the basis of stormy innings of top batsmen here on Wednesday, which is a new record in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Sunrisers’ batsmen scored a lot of runs from the beginning till the end, due to which their team was successful in leaving behind the record of 263 runs for five wickets set by Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) against Pune Warriors in 2013. Travis Head scored 62 runs in 24 balls with the help of nine fours and three sixes while Abhishek Sharma scored 63 runs in 23 balls which included three fours and seven sixes. After both of them were out, Heinrich Klaasen (80 not out on 34 balls, four fours, seven sixes) and Aiden Markram (42 not out on 28 balls, two fours, one six) made an unbroken partnership of 116 runs on 55 balls.
