In this, it has been decided to keep the Passenger Reservation System (PRS) temporarily closed for 4.30 hours, due to which PRS reservation (ticket reservation), ticket cancellation (cancellation), charting, inquiry service (enquiry), 139, counter service. , Internet booking and EDR services will remain closed for about four and a half hours. These services will remain closed from 11:45 midnight on 7 October 2023 to 4:15 am on 8 October 2023. Regarding this, information has also started being given to the passengers through inquiry at the junctions of various cities of the state, so that they do not get worried. According to railway officials, during the period when EDR services will remain closed, NR’s major Bareilly Junction, Bareilly Cantt station, CBganj, Paraskheda, Bhitaura, Rampur, Moradabad, Dehradun, Shahjahanpur, Hardoi, Hapur, Ghaziabad, Delhi, Haridwar, Chandosi, Saharanpur. PRS system of , Ambala, etc. stations will be updated. It is said that other facilities will also be affected during this period.
