Summer special trains have started on many routes including Bihar-Jharkhand and UP. People are continuously coming to Bihar for the holidays in schools. To deal with the rush of passengers, the Railways has announced a summer special train. Train number 03103 Sealdah-New Jalpaiguri Summer Special will depart from Sealdah at 23:40 hrs on Saturdays from 15.04.2023 to 24.06.2023 and will reach New Jalpaiguri at 10:45 hrs the next day. Train No. 03104 New Jalpaiguri – Sealdah Summer Special will leave New Jalpaiguri at 12:15 hrs every Sunday between 16.04.2023 and 25.06.2023. Also it will return to Sealdah at 23:50 hrs on the same day. It has a stop in Bihar’s Kishanganj district.
Special train from Delhi to Sitamarhi
Train number 04070/04069 Anand Vihar Terminal-Sitamarhi-Anand Vihar Terminal from Bareilly, Lucknow will halt at Narkatiaganj, Raxaul and Sitamarhi stations. This includes such, from sleeper to general class coach. Train number 04060/04059 Anand Vihar Terminal-Jai Nagar-Anand Vihar Terminal will also stop at Patna, Buxar, Samastipur, Darbhanga, Madhubani and Jaynagar stations.
