Indian Railways News: Route of many trains running from Jasidih changed, passengers may face problems

Deoghar: In connection with the doubling work of Barabanki-Ayodhya Cantt in Lucknow division under Northern Railway, non-interlocking work for yard remodeling will be done at Barabanki station. For this reason, routes of trains on Shahganj-Zaffrabad section have been changed from 12 December to 15 January. This information has been given by the CPRO of Eastern Railway. He told that, 13009/13010 Howrah Yog Nagari Rishikesh Howrah Doon Express (from 16th December to 14th January) and 13151/13152 Kolkata-Jammu Tawi-Kolkata Express (from 11th December to 14th January) Lucknow-Maa Belha Devi Dham Pratapgarh Jn. -Will be run via Varanasi. Apart from this, 13019/13020 Howrah-Kathgodam-Howrah Bagh Express (from December 11 to January 14) will run via Burhwal-Sitapur City-Shahjahanpur.

15 bottles of foreign liquor recovered from train bogie

Jasidih RPF on Monday recovered 15 bottles of foreign liquor in a bag from the general bogie of 18183 Tata-Ara Super Express parked on platform number two of the station. It was handed over to the product department. According to the information, RPF ASI Kamlesh Kumar, Ajay Kumar Pathak and Sunil Kumar were patrolling in Jasidih station premises. During this time, the police had received secret information from the train on platform number two that a bag was kept unclaimed in the general bogie of the train. When this information was investigated, the said bag was recovered. This bag contained 15 bottles of foreign liquor, the estimated value of which was said to be around Rs 6200.
