The new time table of Indian Railways has come into effect. Along with 64 Vande Bharat trains, 70 other train services have also been included and 22 trains have been added in the superfast category.
Releasing the new All India Railways Time Table “Trains at a Glance”, the Railway Ministry said, “The new time table has been designed in such a way that connectivity between different cities can be increased and travel time can be reduced.” Passengers are requested to check the arrival and departure timings as per the new time table.
“The new timetable includes 64 services of Vande Bharat trains and 70 other train services to provide a comfortable and efficient travel experience to the passengers,” the ministry said.
Apart from this, 90 train services have been extended to other destinations and the movement of 12 trains has been increased. The speed of 22 trains has been increased by bringing them in the ‘superfast’ category.
This new time table is available on the official website of the Railway Ministry and also shows the revised timings of some train services in South Eastern Railway.
