Indian Railways: 4 trains canceled between Ambala-Chandigarh before Diwali, leave of railway workers cancelled, know the reason

Bareilly News: Everyone wants to celebrate the festival of Diwali among their loved ones. But, they are not getting a train to go home. There is a fight for berth in the train at Bareilly Junction of Northern Railway. Even after the running of the festival special train, the problems of the passengers have not gone away. But, meanwhile, Northern Railway has canceled 4 trains between Ambala-Chandigarh. Due to this, the problems of passengers are sure to increase further. During Diwali and Chhath Puja, passengers between Ambala-Chandigarh will have to face problems. Due to 35-day mega block in Ambala, Railways has canceled four trains passing through Bareilly between Ambala-Chandigarh till December 12. During this period, 22355 Patliputra-Chandigarh Superfast will remain canceled between Ambala-Chandigarh from 13 November to 12 December, and Chandigarh-Patliputra Superfast 22356 Chandigarh-Ambala between Ambala from 9 November to 11 December. 10-10 trips of this train will be affected in up-down. 15011 Lucknow-Chandigarh Express will remain canceled between Ambala to Chandigarh from 7th November to 11th December and 15012 Chandigarh-Lucknow Express will remain canceled between Chandigarh to Ambala from 8th November to 13th December. 35-35 rounds will be affected.

Leave of police personnel and railway personnel canceled

Along with regular trains, festival special trains have been operated on Diwali. Due to this, there is a huge reduction in the number of railway employees. In such a situation, Northern and North Eastern Railways have canceled the leave of railway employees. Leave will be given only in exceptional circumstances. Employees posted in operating, carriage and wagon, commercial etc. departments have more work. Along with this, leave of GRP and RPF jawans has also been cancelled. A large number of jawans have been deployed in trains and stations for the safety of passengers.

Special train will reach Bareilly on 8th November

Railways has announced a special train. It will be operated from Tuesday. 05488 Alipurduar-Delhi Festival Special will leave Alipurduar at 8 am on 7th November. After Malda, New Jalpaiguri, it will reach Bareilly on November 8 at 7:13 pm via Bihar’s Katihar, Khagaria, Begu Sarai, Samastipur, Muzaffarpur, Hajipur, Chhapra, Siwan, Deoria of Eastern Uttar Pradesh, Gorakhpur, Ayodhya, Lucknow. After this it will reach Moradabad at 8:20 pm. After taking a halt here, this train will reach Delhi at 4 am on November 9. Along with this, 36 festival trains are passing through Bareilly.
