Indian Railway: Patna. In view of the heat, Railways has planned to make changes in the coaches of important trains. Keeping in view the demand of passengers, the number of AC coaches will be increased in about half of the long distance trains. This decision of Railways will provide relief to the passengers. Waiting ticket in AC class will also provide convenience to a great extent. According to railway officials, the number of AC coaches will be increased by one each in some trains including Vikramshila, Bhagalpur-LTT, Patliputra-LTT, Farakka-LTT.
Summer special trains will run from Danapur to Pune and Mumbai.
In view of the extra passenger traffic during summer holidays, many special trains are being run by the Railways. In this sequence, one pair each from Danapur and Samastipur to Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (Mumbai) and two pairs of summer special trains will be run from Danapur to Pune.
Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (LTT)-Danapur Superfast Special Train
LTT will leave every Monday and Saturday at 12:15 hrs till 29th June and reach Danapur at 17:00 hrs the next day. In return, it will depart from Danapur at 18:15 hrs every Tuesday and Sunday till 30th June and reach LTT at 23:55 hrs the next day. This train will stop at Arrah, Buxar, DDU, Prayagraj, Chhivki, Manikpur, Satna, Maihar, Katni, Jabalpur, Pipariya, Itarsi, Khandwa, Bhusaval, Nashik Road, Igatpuri and Kalyan stations.
Pune-Danapur special train
It will depart from Pune every Monday at 19:55 hrs till 24th June and reach Danapur at 04:30 hrs on Wednesdays. In return, this train will depart from Danapur at 06:30 hrs every Wednesday till 26th June and reach Pune at 17:35 hrs on Thursday. This special will run between Danapur and Pune at Arrah, Buxar, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Jn. Prayagraj will stop at Chhivki, Manikpur, Jabalpur, Itarsi, Khandwa, Bhusaval, Manmad, Kopargaon, Ahmednagar.

Pune-Danapur Superfast Special Train
It will depart from Pune at 06:30 hrs on 11th and 14th April and 02nd and 05th May and reach Danapur at 12:00 hrs the next day. In return, this train will depart from Danapur at 13:30 hrs on 12th and 15th April and 03rd and 06th May and reach Pune at 19:45 hrs the next day. This train will stop at Arrah, Buxar, DDU, Prayagraj Chhivki, Manikpur, Jabalpur, Itarsi, Khandwa, Bhusaval, Manmad, Kopargaon, Ahmednagar and Daund stations.
