IND vs NZ: Team India will win over New Zealand by 6 wickets, Harbhajan Singh predicted

Harbhajan predicted

Harbhajan Singh had expressed the possibility that the New Zealand team can score up to 280 runs. And New Zealand could not score even 273 runs. Regarding the victory of Team India, Harbhajan has predicted that India will win this match by 6 wickets. Now it will be interesting to see to what extent this prediction proves true. Harbhajan had earlier also advised Team India to include Mohammed Shami in the playing eleven and today Shami bowled brilliantly and took five wickets.

Hardik Pandya out due to injury

India suffered a big setback during the last match against Bangladesh. Team vice-captain Hardik Pandya suffered an ankle injury. The star all-rounder walked out of the field limping. In such a situation, Harbhajan Singh had suggested to the host team that instead of Shardul Thakur and Ravichandran Ashwin, Mohammed Shami and Suryakumar Yadav should be included in the playing eleven.

Harbhajan had said, ‘If Hardik Pandya is not fit then it is a big issue for India. He decides our combination and if he doesn’t play then you have to change it. You can play either Ishan Kishan or Suryakumar Yadav as pure batsmen. In place of Shardul Thakur, I think Mohammed Shami should be brought because he can give you a solid 10 overs.

Hardik Pandya will return against England

While giving an update on Hardik Pandya, BCCI had said that Team India’s vice-captain Hardik Pandya suffered a left ankle injury while fielding on his own bowling during India’s match against Bangladesh at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune. The all-rounder was taken for scans and has been advised rest. BCCI is continuously monitoring the medical team. BCCI further said that Hardik will not fly with the team to Dharamshala on October 20 and will now directly join the team in Lucknow where India will play England
