In the third T20 match in Guwahati, India, after being invited to bat first, gave Australia a target of 223 runs to win. Opener Ruturaj Gaikwad scored unbeaten 123 runs on 57 balls. 30 runs were scored in Maxwell’s last over.

Ruturaj Gaikwad hit 13 fours and 7 sixes in his 57-ball innings. On the other end, Tilak Verma supported him fully. Tilak also played an unbeaten inning of 31 runs. He hit four fours in 31 balls.

India would like to win this match and capture the series. India lost its first opener Yashasvi Jaiswal early. Jaiswal was out after scoring 6 runs. Ishan Kishan, who came after him, could not even open an account.
