Increase in the vacancy of BPSC 69th PT exam, know when the document verification of teacher candidates will be done

BPSC 69th PT Exam: The vacancy of BPSC 69th Integrated Combined Preliminary Competitive Examination has increased. The Commission has included 33 posts of Supply Inspector in the Integrated 69th Combined Competitive Examination. With this, the total number of vacant posts has increased from 442 to 475 now. Of these 33 posts, 19 are unreserved while four belong to SC, one ST, four EBC, one BC, one BC female and three EWS category. On the other hand, taking a big decision on Sunday, BPSC has removed the ‘E’ option from the Integrated 69th Combined Preliminary Competitive Examination.

Exam will be held on 30 September

Let us inform that the integrated 69th Combined Preliminary Competitive Examination is being organized by the BPSC on 30 September for four examinations of similar nature including CDPO and Combined Competitive Examination. For this, 2.70 lakh candidates have applied. The PT result will be out on 15th November and the main exam is likely to be held from 9th to 16th December. After this there will be an interview and then the final result will be published.

PT for the first time for examinations of similar nature

This will be the first such examination organized by Bihar Public Service in which the preliminary examination of many examinations of similar nature will be taken together. In which 69th Combined Competitive Examination, Financial Administrative Officer, Child Development Project Officer and Deputy Superintendent of Police Technical are included.

Negative marking will be applicable

Under the BPSC 69th Integrated Combined Competitive Examination, negative marking will be applicable in the first Common PT being taken for the four examinations (Combined Competitive Examination, Deputy Superintendent of Police Technical, CDPO and Financial Administrative Officer). The duration of the preliminary examination will be of two hours in which 150 objective type multiple choice questions will be asked. The number of candidates selected for the main examination on the basis of preliminary examination will be 10 times.

Questions will be asked from these topics

  • General Science in Preliminary Exam

  • Current events of national and international importance

  • History of India and salient features of the history of Bihar

  • general geography

  • Major geographical divisions of Bihar and its important rivers

  • India’s polity and economic system

  • Major changes in Bihar’s economy after independence

  • National Movement of India

  • There will be questions to test Bihar’s contribution and general mental ability

Minimum Qualifying Marks

  • 40 percent for general category

  • 36.5 percent for backward class

  • 34 percent for extremely backward classes

  • For SC, ST, Women and Divyang candidates 32% marks will be qualifying

There will be no ‘E’ option in the integrated 69th PT of BPSC

At the same time, the ‘E’ option has been removed from the integrated 69th Combined Preliminary Competitive Examination by BPSC. In this, only four answer options A, B, C and D will be given for a question. BPSC President Atul Prasad gave this information by tweeting on Sunday. He wrote that negative marking will be applicable in the exam and 1/3 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.

Document verification of 9th-10th and 11th-12th class teacher candidates will be held from September 4 to 12

From September 4 to 12, there will be document verification of 9th-10th and 11th-12th class teacher candidates. This will be done for the original residents of the state at their district level, while the document verification of the candidates from outside the state will be done at the BPSC headquarters in Patna. BPSC has asked the candidates to ensure verification of all the documents uploaded at the time of online application at the specified place within the prescribed period.

From September 1 to 8, there will be a medical for the disabled.

Disabled candidates have to get their disability checked on the basis of their uploaded disability certificate by the Medical Board constituted at the district level from September 1 to 8. If due to special reasons, the examination of disability is not possible by the medical board constituted at the district level, then in such a situation the disabled candidates will be forwarded to IGIMS or PMCH. Disability certificate of candidates from outside the state will be checked in IGIMS or PMCH. BPSC has asked the PwD candidates to ensure that they get their disability checked by the due date.
