In whose favor will JDU work in Jharkhand? Till now we have remained silent

Dhaneshwar Prasad, Kuju/Ranchi: NDA’s ally JDU is still silent regarding the Lok Sabha elections in Jharkhand. There is no official word yet regarding in whose favor JDU will work in the Lok Sabha elections. JDU has not yet attended the NDA meeting. There is still a situation of confusion among JDU workers in Jharkhand. Whereas in Bihar, BJP and JDU have been running joint programs with great enthusiasm.

AJSU has been getting one seat in the NDA folder in Jharkhand. Like 2019, JDU did not get even a single seat in 2024. JDU workers are still sitting silent in Hazaribagh Lok Sabha constituency, whereas JDU state president Khiru Mahato comes from this Lok Sabha constituency. He has also been the MLA of Mandu Assembly. Presently he is also a Rajya Sabha MP from Bihar.

JDU’s distance from NDA continues in Jharkhand:

Workers of AJSU, a constituent party of NDA, are working vigorously in favor of the BJP candidate. This time BJP Hazaribagh Sadar seat MLA Manish Jaiswal has been made the candidate. Manish Jaiswal has been running a public relations campaign in Hazaribagh parliamentary constituency since March 3. Along with him, AJSU leaders are also reaching out among the voters in the public relations campaign. Whereas in Hazaribagh Lok Sabha constituency, JDU is maintaining distance from its ally NDA.

Will clear the situation only after getting instructions from Nitish Kumar: Khiru
