In the Shahi Eidgah case, the Supreme Court refused to ban the survey, said – if there is a problem, then adopt the proper method.

The Supreme Court has refused to stay the decision given by the Allahabad High Court on December 14 in the Shri Krishna Janmasthan-Shahi Idgah case of Mathura. In its decision, the High Court had ordered a survey of the Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Eidgah complex by a team of three advocate commissioners. The next day of the order, i.e. on Friday, the Shahi Eidgah Committee sought a stay on the survey order in the Supreme Court, which was rejected by the court. In fact, on Friday, there was a hearing in the Supreme Court on the transfer petition of all the cases of Shri Krishna Janmasthan-Shahi Idgah dispute case. According to the Hindu side’s advocate Mahendra Pratap Singh, the Shahi Idgah Committee has demanded that all the cases transferred to the High Court be heard in the Mathura court. A hearing regarding the same was going on in the Supreme Court. Meanwhile, the Muslim side mentioned the High Court order and demanded a ban. On this the Supreme Court said that let the proceedings continue. If there is any problem then adopt the proper method. After this the hearing will be considered.
