Aligarh : To grab property in Aligarh, an old brother was strangled and thrown into the Yamuna river, but somehow the old man reached home after saving his life from the Yamuna. Same, on reaching home, the brother and nephew of the old man occupied the house and chased the 80 year old man away threatening to kill him. Frightened by this, the old man lodged a complaint against his brother and nephew with the Tappal police station and appealed to the police for justice. The incident is of Ghanghouli area of Thana Tappal area.
Thinking the old man was dead, he threw him in the strong current of the river.
Actually 80 year old Babu lives alone in Ghanghauli area. Babu is unmarried. Because of this there is no one to take care of Babu. He lives in a house in 100 square yards and gets farming done. The cost of old Babu’s house is about five lakh rupees. Due to the greed of this house, his brother Digambar and nephew Ajayveer keep an eye on him. On July 20, his nephew Ajayveer and brother Digambar forcibly took Babu to Malav village near Yamuna river in the condition of illness and said that you have no children and you are living as a burden on us. That’s why everyone does your work. With the intention of killing the old man, he threw his neck into the river Yamuna thinking it as medicine and dead.

When the luck rich Babu returned to the village after coming out of Yamuna river, he saw that nephew Ajayveer and brother Digambar had locked his house. When he tried to open the lock, both of them chased him away after threatening to kill him and said that if he returns to the house again, he will kill him. Since then Babu is wandering here and there after saving his life. At the same time, he was not allowed to enter his private house. Elderly Babu has lodged a complaint with the Tappal police station regarding this matter. Babu has demanded the police to enter his house.
Police registered a case
In this case, Tappal station in-charge Pankaj Mishra told that on the basis of Tahrir, a case has been registered against the accused brother Digambar and nephew Ajayveer. The police have registered a case under sections 323, 504, 506 and 308 of the IPC. Same, legal action has been taken by the police regarding the incident.
