Even before the second phase recruitment examination, more than 50 teachers of the first phase have left the job. After the appointment of teachers and allotment of schools, different people have resigned for different reasons. Most of the newly appointed teachers who have resigned are from Uttar Pradesh. The number of teachers selected from outside states leaving the job is increasing.
Six teachers selected from BPSC in Begusarai resigned
In Begusarai district, 6 BPSC passed teachers have resigned. However, the Education Department has not yet accepted the resignation. Teachers from Uttar Pradesh are also among those who resigned. The main reason for resignation is the job in the Central Government along with the strictness being imposed in the department by the Additional Chief Secretary of the Education Department, KK Pathak. Those who resigned include teachers Diya Kumari, Shubhra, Sarika Kumari Mishra, Vandana Swarnkar, Amber Aggarwal and Kumar Ranjan Tripathi.
10 more newly appointed teachers resigned in Muzaffarpur
10 more newly appointed teachers in Muzaffarpur district have resigned, whose application has been accepted by the DEO. Earlier, from December 2, four teachers had resigned. According to the data available so far, maximum number of newly appointed teachers have resigned in Samastipur district. So far 30 teachers have resigned in Samatipur district. 17 newly appointed teachers have resigned in Muzaffarpur, while 4 in Begusarai and one newly appointed teacher in Madhubani have also resigned.
Number of vacant posts may increase
At present, the second phase of teacher appointment is going on by BPSC in Bihar. On one hand, BPSC is conducting the second phase of examination to fill the vacant posts of teachers, while on the other hand, posts are becoming vacant in many schools due to the resignation of teachers appointed in the first phase who did not contribute after school allotment. . According to sources related to the education department, the number of newly appointed teachers leaving the job may increase further in the coming times. The main reason behind this is the strictness taken by the department regarding attendance in schools and conduct of classes.
Why are teachers leaving their jobs?
After the resignation of these teachers, information has also been officially issued by the District Education Officer’s office. The information given by the Muzaffarpur District Education Officer office is that the teachers who have resigned have been selected for Kendriya Vidyalaya. Citing this, these teachers have left their teaching jobs in Bihar. In some cases, teachers have also left the job of Bihar teacher due to selection in some other competitive examination.
People of UP are not liking Bihar jobs
Selection in Kendriya Vidyalaya, getting jobs in other departments and teachers coming from Uttar Pradesh are not liking the job of Bihar teacher. This is the reason why candidates are resigning from the job of Bihar teacher after getting better options.
