Crime News: Preeti (24 years), wife of Bantu, a resident of Shanti Vihar, Subhashnagar police station area of the city, hanged herself to death in the house. Police took the dead body into custody after investigation. After filling the panchnama, postmortem Kamla, the mother of the deceased Preeti, accused the post-mortem house that Bantu used to often beat up her daughter Preeti. A day before Raksha Bandhan, Preeti’s younger son fell from the cot. She was hurt a lot. On this, Bantu beat up Preeti by accusing her of negligence. The parents alleged that upset with her husband, Preeti took this step to end her life. Kamla, the mother of the deceased, alleges that Bantu first strangled Preeti to death, then hanged the body to show suicide. Relatives told that Preeti has two sons. The elder son is two years old and the younger one is eight months old. Subhashnagar police say that further action will be taken after the post mortem report is received.
Children brutally beaten, all three injured
In Khudaganj village of Mirganj police station area of Bareilly countryside, three children were brutally beaten by two people who had come to eat Bhandara without donation. The child was beaten so much that blood came out of his mouth, and his teeth were broken. The condition was admitted to the district hospital. Anil Kumar, the father of the injured child, told that his son Ayush is a class three student. He studies in government school. Bhandara was organized in the village at the end of Sawan. His son went to eat Prasad. Here two people brutally beat his son. Blood started coming out of his mouth. A villager informed him on 112. Police station along with PRB also reached the spot. After taking Tahrir, the police sent the children to CSC for treatment. Describing the condition as serious, the child was referred to the district hospital. Anil Kumar told that when the accused were asked the reason for the fight, the accused also beat him up. He told that he had not given donation in the Bhandara. That is why the accused were considering it as enmity.
