In Aligarh, miscreants shot jewelers who were returning home after closing their shop and looted 80 thousand cash and gold ornaments.

Aligarh: The miscreants shot a person named Hari Kumar Verma and looted 80 thousand rupees and a bag full of jewellery. The incident took place at Mathura Road of Mudrock police station. Hari Kumar Verma has been admitted to Varun Hospital in injured condition. His condition is out of danger. The police has reached the spot and has started investigation. Harikumar is the younger brother of Vishwa Hindu Parishad Metropolitan Vice President. Hari Kumar Verma, a resident of Jaiganj, has a jewelery shop in Ahmedpur near Asana police post in Mudrock. He was returning home after closing the jewelery shop. There was a dispute with two youths riding a bike when they reached near a dirty drain on Mathura Road. After a dispute, the miscreants shot him and looted a bag full of jewellery. Hari Kumar Verma was shot in the hand. At the same time, the miscreants riding a bike looted a bag full of jewelery and ran away. On receiving information about the incident, SSP and police force reached the spot.

Jewelers’ lives out of danger

Injured Hari Kumar has been admitted to the hospital. Where his condition is out of danger. How much jewelery was there could not be assessed. But there were Rs 80 thousand in cash in the bag.
