In which the young man has been tied to an electric pole and his hands and legs have been tied. Taking cognizance of the video, the police have started investigating this matter. The matter is of Khati Pada Katghar of Loha Mandi. It is being told that Jagdish, a resident of Katghar, was taking his children to school in the morning. His allegation is that a young man came from behind. He started taking her child by the hand. He made noise. People from nearby came. He caught him. After this he was beaten. The young man’s brother Raju Verma sells breakfast in Lohamandi in the morning. There some people told him that people were tying his brother Rajesh to a pillar and beating him. When he reached him, the brother was tied with a rope.

The young man’s brother kept pleading for mercy but people did not budge.
