IMD Alert: Weather changed, temperature dropped, hailstorm alert in these 6 districts including Ranchi

IMD Alert: The weather pattern has changed in Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand. After the rain and hailstorm on Saturday, the Meteorological Department has once again issued an alert of rain and thundershowers in some parts of Ranchi district. A drop in maximum and minimum temperatures has been recorded even before the rain.

There will be moderate rain in Ranchi with thunderstorms.

On Sunday (March 17), the Meteorological Department has said that there will be moderate rainfall with thunderstorms in Ranchi in a few hours. There is also a strong possibility of lightning. Not only this, strong winds will also blow, whose speed can be between 40 to 50 kilometers. Before this, a drop of 1.7 degrees has been recorded in the maximum temperature and 0.9 degrees in the minimum temperature.

Drop in maximum and minimum temperatures

The maximum temperature of Ranchi has decreased by 1.7 degrees Celsius to 30.7 degrees Celsius, which is 1.3 degrees less than normal. It is expected to decline further. According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature of Jharkhand may drop by 3 to 5 degrees. The minimum temperature of Ranchi has dropped by 0.9 degrees centigrade to 18.6 degrees Celsius, which is 1.4 degrees more than normal.

Meteorological Department’s advice: People should be careful and alert

The weather department told BollywoodWallah (prabhatkhabar.com) that the wind speed will be very high, hence people need to be careful and alert. People should maintain distance from trees and electric poles. Farmers should not go to the fields. Wait for the weather to become normal.

IMD Alert: Strong winds will blow in Ranchi on March 18

Meteorologist Abhishek Anand said that strong winds will blow in Ranchi on March 18 also. There will be rain and there is also a possibility of thunder. It is estimated that hail will fall in at least half a dozen (6) districts including Ranchi on March 19. For this, an orange alert has been issued by IMD’s weather center located in Ranchi.

Winds will blow at a speed of 40-50 km in these districts

Apart from Ranchi, the weather mood will also change in Gumla, Khunti, West Singhbhum, Simdega, East Singhbhum, Seraikela-Kharsawan and there will be rain with strong winds. Apart from the southern and adjacent central parts of Jharkhand, winds will also blow at a speed of 40 to 50 kilometers in some places in the northern part.

Ranchi will be cloudy from 18th to 21st March, there will be rain

Meteorologist said that the sky will be cloudy in the capital Ranchi from March 18 to March 21. Light to moderate rainfall may occur once or twice. A gradual drop in temperature will be recorded. The maximum temperature on Monday (March 18) is expected to be 31 degrees and the minimum temperature will be 18 degrees centigrade.

Weather expected to become normal from March 22

By March 21, the maximum temperature of Ranchi is expected to drop to 25 degrees and the minimum temperature to 15 degrees centigrade. The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to be 30 and 17 degrees centigrade on March 19 and 26 and 15 degrees centigrade respectively on March 20. After this, the weather is expected to clear from March 22.
