Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi has been ranked seventh among the top business schools of the country. The PM has gifted a new building to this prestigious institute. Yes, PM Modi laid the foundation stone and inaugurated many schemes in the main program organized in Khunti on Tribal Pride Day on Wednesday. This also includes the inauguration of the new building of IIM Ranchi. There is a new building of IIM Ranchi near Naya Sarai Road, which the PM inaugurated online. Just before this, another star was added to the achievements of IIM Ranchi. IIM Ranchi has been ranked seventh in the top 10 ranking of India’s Best B-Schools 2024 by Outlook ICARE. 500 marks were kept for evaluation of institutions. IIN Ranchi got 447.76 marks. The institute got 100 out of 100 in student-teacher ratio, 87.94 in research, 95.2 in employment generation, 86.71 in faculty quality and 77.91 in inclusivity and diversity. Director Prof. Deepak Srivastava said that new experiments are continuously being done in IIM Ranchi under the @2030 Strategic Plan. In this, special attention is being given to every point. It is a big thing for IIM Ranchi to get a place in the top 10 among the government management institutes of the country. His efforts will be to further improve the ranking.
Seven courses are being conducted in 20 rooms of the academic block.
The new campus of IIM Ranchi is ready. Academic and non-academic activities are being completed in this. The new campus is divided into four blocks. In 20 rooms of the Academic Block, more than 1000 students are studying seven courses MBA, MBA-Human Resources, MBA: Business Analytics, PhD, Integrated Program in Management, Executive MBA and Executive PhD. Each class room has seating for 50 to 135 students. Apart from this, a library and a computer center have been built.

The Admin Block houses the Director’s Chamber, one each board room and conference hall, faculty office and executive office. There is Swami Vivekananda Auditorium and Dining Hall with a capacity of 650 people for organizing big events. Apart from this, there is a three block student hostel. It has a total of 684 rooms. Two blocks for staff residence and the director’s residence have been constructed on the campus. The architecture of the institute has got three stars in GRIHA rating. Along with multi-functional facilities, the institute has been provided with solar panels for power supply, water treatment plant and sewerage treatment plant.
