First of all, heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add gram flour and fry on low flame while stirring continuously for ten to fifteen minutes or until its color changes and aroma starts coming out.
Then add ghee in it and keep going. Mixing ghee well will make the gram flour even more beautiful. Now add khoya in gram flour and keep stirring so that it gets mixed.
After this add sugar and mix well again. Now add cashews and almonds and mix well.
Once the mixture is ready, roll it out in a greased plate with the help of a rolling pin and later add cardamom powder. And cut it into thin pieces and make barfi.
If you want, you can decorate it with almonds. Now let it cool in a cool place in the room.
And then let it cool. Gram flour barfi is ready, then slice and serve to family members.
