How many times does Gupt Navratri come in a year? Know the importance

In Hindu religion, the nine days of Navratri are considered very auspicious for the worship of Goddess Durga.

Navratri comes a total of four times a year to worship Goddess Durga.

Of these four Navratri, Goddess Durga is worshiped publicly in two Navratri and in secret in the other two.

Navratri of Chaitra month is called Big Navratri and Navratri of Ashwin month is called Choti Navratri.

Navratri falling in the months of Magh and Ashadha is called Gupt Navratri.

During Gupta Navratri, the Goddess is worshiped secretly, during this time Tantrik, Sadhaks do secret Sadhana for the accomplishment of Tantra, Mantra and Yantra.
