Target to achieve 30% share in electric two-wheeler market
Ogata said that HMSI is aiming to achieve 30% share in India’s electric two-wheeler market by 2030. To achieve this, the company plans to launch at least three new electric two-wheelers by 2030, and expects to sell at least one million of them. Through these launches EVs.
Top speed of 60 kmph
HMSI’s first electric scooter will give a top speed of 60 kmph. The vehicle will be positioned below the Honda Activa, which is priced at ₹72,000-75,000 (ex-showroom).

However, soon, all this will change as almost every legacy two-wheeler brand will launch competing electric scooters.
