Holi special train: In view of the demand and crowd of passengers during Holi, Railways has announced to run several Holi special trains. In this sequence, it has been decided to run Holi special trains from Danapur in Patna to Jabalpur, Bhopal, Kota and Jodhpur. It will be easy to travel on Bhagalpur route also. Three Holi special trains have been given so far for Bhagalpur.
Jabalpur-Danapur Holi Special
It will depart from Jabalpur at 19:45 hrs on 19th and 26th March and reach Danapur at 08:45 hrs the next day. In return, this train will leave from Danapur at 11:45 am on 20th and 27th March and reach Jabalpur at 04:15 am the next day. – Rani Kamlapati-Danapur Holi Special: From Rani Kamlapati (Bhopal) station on 18th, 23rd and 27th March at 14:15. It will leave at 20:00 and reach Danapur at 08:45 the next day. In return, this train will depart from Danapur at 11:45 am on 19, 24 and 28 March and reach Rani Kamalapati station at 09:50 the next day.

Sogarika (Kota)-Danapur Holi Special
It will leave Sogarika at 10:15 am on 17, 21 and 25 March and reach Danapur at 08:45 the next day. In return, this train will depart from Danapur at 11:45 am on March 18, 22 and 26 and will reach Sogarika at 12:25 pm the next day. – Bhagat Ki Kothi (Jodhpur)-Danapur Special: This train will depart from Bhagat Ki Kothi at 17:25 am on March 20 and 27. It will leave at 20:00 and reach Danapur at 17:30 the next day. In return, this train will depart from Danapur at 18:845 hrs on 21st and 28th March and reach Bhagat ki Kothi at 23:55 hrs the next day.
Udhna-Barauni Special
This train will depart from Udhna at 20:35 hrs on 20th and 27th March (Thursday) and reach Barauni at 03:00 hrs the next day on Friday. In return, this train will depart from Barauni at 09:25 hrs on 22nd and 29th March (Friday) and reach Udhna at 19:45 hrs on Saturday. – Udaipur City-Katihar Special: Departure from Udaipur City at 16:05 hrs on 19th and 26th March. It will reach Katihar at 02:45 on the third day. In return, it will depart from Katihar at 15:00 hrs on 21st and 28th March and reach Udpur City at 04:15 hrs on the third day.
Udhna-Malda Town Special
From Udhna on 21st and 28th March (Thursday) at 23:05 hrs and on Saturday at 01:40 hrs Patna Jn. Stopping at 09:30, it will reach Malda Town. In return journey, it will depart from Malda Town at 09:05 hrs on 24th and 31st March (Sunday) and reach Patna Jn at 18:10 hrs. While stopping, it will reach Udhna at 23:55 hrs on Monday. – Indore-Howrah Superfast Special: It will depart from Indore at 23:30 hrs on 15, 22 and 29 March (Friday) and reach Howrah at 06:55 hrs on Sunday. In return journey, it will depart at 17:45 hrs on 17th, 24th and 31st March (Sunday) and reach Indore at 00:50 hrs on Tuesday.
Considering the reservation situation in trains during Holi, Railways is continuously announcing to run Holi special trains. In this sequence, Railways has announced another special train between Udhna and Malda via Bhagalpur. Train number 09013 Udhna-Malda Town will run on 21st and 28th March and Train number 09014 Malda-Udhna special train will run on 23rd and 30th March. The special train will leave from Udhna at 9:50 am on Thursday and reach Bhagalpur at 4:35 pm on Friday via Jabalpur, Satna, Manikpur, Prayagraj, Chhivki, DDU, Patna, Kiul, Jamalpur. After stopping for two minutes it will go to Malda via Kahalgaon. In return, this train will depart from Malda at 9:05 am on Saturday and reach Bhagalpur at 12:51 am. After stopping for two minutes, it will reach Udhna at 11:55 pm on Sunday night via the prescribed route.
