Holi Special Train: Railways’ decision to run three Holi special trains, know which train will go to your city.

Deoghar: On the occasion of Holi celebrations, three one-way special trains will be run to facilitate enjoying the colorful festivities with family members and to accommodate the rush of passengers. Considering the importance of travel during this festival, Eastern Railway aims to provide convenient and comfortable transport options for the passengers. CPRO of Eastern Railway Kaushik Mitra said these things.

Railways will run these trains

03135 Sealdah-Patna one-way Holi special (via Dankuni) will run from Sealdah at 23:55 hrs (Saturday) and reach Patna at 10:00 am the next day. This special train will stop en route at Durgapur, Asansol, Chittaranjan, Madhupur and Jasidih stations of Asansol division under the jurisdiction of Eastern Railway.

03009 Howrah – Delhi one-way Holi special (via Dankuni) will depart from Howrah at 08:35 on March 24 (Sunday) and reach Delhi at 09:00 the next day. This special train will stop at Durgapur, Asansol, Chittaranjan, Madhupur and Jasidih stations of Asansol division under the jurisdiction of Eastern Railway en route.


Holi special train of Southern Railway between Coimbatore and Patna

For the convenience of passengers during the festival of Ragas, Southern Railway has decided to run Holi special trains in different directions. In this sequence, a special train will be run between Coimbatore and Patna. This train has been run keeping in mind the extra crowd of passengers during Holi festival. 06093 Coimbatore-Patna Superfast Holi Special train left Coimbatore at 21:45 hrs on 22 March. This one trip train will reach Patna Junction at 20.00 hrs on the third day i.e. 24th March. Also, 06094 Patna-Coimbatore Superfast Holi Special train will leave from Patna on March 27 at 14.00 hrs. This one trip train will reach Coimbatore at 11:00 am on the third day i.e. 29th March. This special train will stop at Asansol, Chittaranjan, Jamtara, Madhupur and Jasidih stations of Asansol division under the jurisdiction of Eastern Railway from both directions on the route. By starting this Holi special train, a large number of berths will be available to the Railways. This will provide convenience to the passengers.
