The effect of the country-wide strike of the Truck Association was also seen in Gopalganj. Here the members of the Truck Association had staged a protest on NH-27 and blocked the road. By blocking NH-27 and NH-531 near Banjari Mor in Nagar police station area, truck drivers protested against the new law of hit and run and warned of further agitation.
