Hemant Soren in trouble, wife Kalpana Soren came to meet him
Hemant Soren’s troubles seem to be increasing. After his arrest on Wednesday (31 January 2024), he is to be produced in the PMLA court today (1 February 2024). ED has been preparing for this since morning. ED will seek permission from the court to take Hemant Soren on remand. Here, Jharkhand High Court also did not give relief to former Chief Minister Hemant Soren. Meanwhile, Hemant Soren’s wife Kalpana Soren reached the ED office to meet him.
Hemant Soren does not get relief from Jharkhand High Court, JMM leader reaches Supreme Court
Hemant Soren has decided to withdraw the petition filed in Jharkhand High Court. Along with this, Hemant Soren has filed a petition in the Supreme Court, which will be heard tomorrow i.e. on 2nd February. The former CM of Jharkhand, through the Advocate General, has requested the High Court to withdraw the petition. The application for withdrawal of the petition will be heard at 2:15 pm.
