Shahi Idgah Mosque built on 2.37 acres out of 13.37 acres of land

On the other hand, in the case of Shahi Idgah Mosque, the birthplace of Shri Krishna, more than 12 cases were filed by the Hindu side in the Civil Court of Mathura. In the suit filed by the Hindu side, the Hindu side had demanded that out of the 13.37 acres of land, the Shahi Idgah Mosque built on 2.37 acres should be removed and the land of Shri Krishna’s birth place should be freed. Whereas, let us tell you that the Muslim side has demanded the Supreme Court. On the SLP filed in the court, Chairman of Shri Krishna Janmasthan Mukti Trust Mahesh Pratap Singh said that he will register his objection during the hearing on the SLP. And along with this, we will also demand from the Supreme Court that a separate bench should be formed in the High Court on the suit filed by the Hindu side and the suit should be heard on daily basis.

Shri Krishna Virajman, Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Trust, Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Mukti Nyas, Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha, Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Sangharsh Trust’s Dinesh Sharma, Manish Yadav, Pawan Shastri, Ashutosh Pandey to free the land of Shri Krishna’s birthplace in Mathura Civil Court. Hearing on more than 12 cases was going on. While filing the petition, Shri Krishna Virajman demanded to transfer the hearing of all the cases from Mathura to Allahabad High Court. On which the High Court accepted the petition and accepted the demand to hear all the cases.
