Hearing on charge sheet filed against Manish Sisodia on May 10, ED will have to submit soft copy

youIn the Delhi Excise Policy case, the Rouse Avenue Court has listed the supplementary charge sheet filed against AAP leader and former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia for hearing on May 10. The court has also asked the ED to file a soft copy of the supplementary charge sheet in CD/DVD/pen drive by May 8. Let me tell you, earlier on Thursday, the ED had filed the third supplementary charge sheet against Manish Sisodia in the Delhi Excise Policy case. In this charge sheet, the ED also mentioned Sisodia for the first time.

Conspiracy of big leaders of AAP and ‘Group of South’ – ED: It is worth mentioning that earlier the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in its charge sheet had claimed that the alleged excise policy scam in Delhi was based on the poetry of senior leaders of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) leader as well as YSR. There was a conspiracy by groups from the south, including Congress MP M Srinivasulu Reddy.

Manish Sisodia was arrested by ED on March 9: Let me tell you, in the Delhi Excise case, ED had arrested Deputy CM and AAP leader Manish Sisodia by CBI on February 26, whereas, ED had arrested Sisodia on March 9. In this case, Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court had extended Manish Sisodia’s custody till May 8 on April 29. At the same time, the court had extended the judicial custody of Sisodia till May 12 in the investigation by the CBI.
