Ranchi: The court of Justice Ratnakar Bhengra of Jharkhand High Court heard the bail petition of the accused in the money laundering case related to the purchase and sale of army-occupied land located in Bariatu. After hearing the applicant’s side during the hearing of the case, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) was directed to file a reply. A request was made from the ED to give time, which was accepted by the court. The court fixed October 11 for the next hearing in the case. Before this, a request was made on behalf of the applicants to give bail. It is noteworthy that bail petition has been filed on behalf of applicants Amit Kumar Aggarwal and Dilip Kumar Ghosh.

Charge sheet has been filed against Afsar Ali, Imtiaz Khan, Talha Khan, Faiyaz Khan, Mohammad Saddam.
