Hearing in High Court today in Jamshedpur map deviation case

The PIL of Rakesh Jha, a resident of Sakchi Mango Garden, Jamshedpur, will be heard on Tuesday in the bench of Justice R Mukhopadhyay and Justice Deepak Roshan of Jharkhand High Court. High Court had formed a commission of advocates for investigation

While hearing this complaint, the High Court had appointed a commission of three advocates to investigate the irregularities and illegal constructions done by deviating the map in the JNAC area.

Ground reality report ready

On Saturday, members of the commission had come to the city to assess the ground reality.
