Jharkhand News: The ongoing war of words between Health Minister Banna Gupta and Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Rai has now reached the court. On Saturday, Banna Gupta filed a defamation complaint against Saryu Rai in the court of Rishi Kumar, Special Judge, MP-MLA, Chaibasa Civil Court. Banna Gupta’s testimony also took place in the court along with the complaint. After the testimony of Banna Gupta, the court has fixed the date of May 29 for the next hearing of the case.
Banna Gupta’s advocate Prakash Jha said that since last April 27, the kind of news spread against the minister by Saryu Rai on the basis of misleading facts has violated his dignity. Saryu Rai was asked to apologize while sending a legal notice, but no initiative was taken from his side. After this a complaint has been filed in the court.

In response to the notice sent by Banna Gupta’s advocate, MLA Saryu Rai had issued a statement saying that he himself wanted to get a chance to speak before the court. Take the subject of banned weapons and obscene video chats to the court, so that milk becomes milk and water becomes water. In this matter, Saryu Rai met the Governor and demanded action.
