A video of Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal is going viral on social media. Actually, CM Manohar Lal Khattar had reached Panchkula in disguise to see the Dussehra fair. There was neither any security guard nor any protocol with him. Along with khaki colored pants, shirt and half-sleeved jacket, he had covered his face with a white colored parna. Apart from this, he was wearing glasses on his eyes and a saffron colored cap on his head.

CM Manohar Lal, disguised as a watchman, had come to see the fair at the Dussehra ground in Sector 5, Panchkula. He was seen roaming around in the fair breaking the security cordon. It is noteworthy that in recent times, Haryana CM has been in the news a lot on social media. Before coming to see the fair in disguise, he was also seen firing a bullet.
