Gyanvapi Case: Allahabad High Court rejected five petitions related to Gyanvapi complex, know complete update

In the Gyanvapi case of Varanasi, Allahabad High Court has rejected all the (5) petitions of the Muslim side. The High Court has considered all the petitions of the Hindu side worthy of being heard. The court ordered that its hearing be completed within 6 months. Whereas the petitions of Sunni Central Waqf Board and Anjuman Arrangement Masjid Committee have been rejected. The court has also approved the trial in two petitions in the district court of Varanasi in 1991. Allahabad High Court, while hearing the Gyanvapi Mosque and Vishveshwar Temple dispute case, had reserved its decision on December 8. The bench of Justice Rohit Ranjan Aggarwal was hearing the petition filed by Sunni Central Waqf Board and Anjumne Arrangements Masjid. The court heard the arguments of both the parties on the order to conduct a scientific survey of the Gyanvapi complex. During this time, questions were also raised regarding whether the civil suit is worth hearing or not. Reference was also made to the order passed by Allahabad High Court. In fact, on behalf of the Muslim side, the maintainability (whether maintainable or not) of the civil suit filed in the District Court of Varanasi in 1991 and the demand for conducting an ASI survey of the Gyanvapi complex were challenged. After the case was shifted, the court hearing the case heard the entire arguments on three dates.
