Then the neighbors informed the police about this incident. When the police reached the spot, the accused absconded. After this the police took him to the district hospital. Where the doctors declared the woman dead and referred both the seriously injured daughters to BRD Medical College, where they are undergoing treatment.

After a dispute with her husband, she lived in her maternal home with her 20-year-old daughter Anamika and 19-year-old daughter Tanuja for the last 16 years.

Poonam had filed a suit in the family court for her share in her husband’s property and expenses. The decision was taken in his favor just a few days ago. The court had decided to give her a room in her husband’s house and Rs 7000 per month for expenses. After this, when Poonam reached her husband’s house with her daughters on Saturday, the house was locked. After waiting for some time she returned. When she reached her husband’s house again on Sunday, there was no one in the house. After this, Poonam entered the house with the help of both her daughters and started keeping her things. Meanwhile, the accused along with his family members and relatives attacked Poonam and her two daughters. Umesh hit Poonam on the head with caution. When his two daughters went to save their mother, they were also attacked. Due to which all three were seriously injured and wife Poonam died.

Police is searching for all the accused and they will be arrested soon. While the case was pending in the court, the accused Umesh had married Priya for the second time. With whom he has two children. After a dispute with her husband, Poonam lived in her maternal home with her two daughters. Considering Poonam’s condition, her mother had given her some part of her ancestral land to live in. There was a dispute going on with the brother and sister-in-law regarding the possession of which. Poonam was the youngest among her siblings. Poonam was the youngest among the three children of Ramgati. Ramgati had given the ancestral land in the name of his wife Kalavati, sons Surendra and Virendra. After a dispute with her husband, Poonam lived in her maternal home with the children and took care of her mother.

The mother had deeded 1600 square meters of her share of land for Poonam to live. There was a dispute going on between brothers Surendra and Virendra regarding the possession of it.
