It is alleged that the moneylenders made the victim’s wife sign some simple documents and gave her a loan of Rs 50,000. After this, the victim couple gradually returned the loan and interest also. It is alleged that in the meantime, the moneylenders kept increasing their interest and kept physically exploiting the woman by blackmailing her with her signature on plain paper. Not only this, the accused also blackmailed the woman and got her to sign six plain checks and kept charging interest by blackmailing her. According to the woman, in this way she has already given around Rs 10 lakh to the accused. In which he also sold his jewelery worth four lakhs. It is alleged that the moneylenders are still pressurizing them to demand more money. Meanwhile, when the woman refused to give him more money, the accused reached her house on December 10 and started threatening her. The accused also molested the woman by keeping her locked in the house. Meanwhile, when the husband arrived, the accused beat up the couple. Then they looted the things kept in the house and ran away while threatening them. It was only after the incident that the farmer complained to the police. But, the police did not help him.

When the police investigation found the case to be true, on the orders of the SSP, the police registered a case against Sambha Yadav, her husband Sarwan Yadav, Rambha Yadav, her husband Rajnarayan Yadav, Vibha Yadav, her husband Vijay Yadav, Sanjeev Pandey and Ramprasad and started investigation.
