Mafia Rakesh Yadav: The police administration in Uttar Pradesh is leaving no stone unturned to crack down on mafias and criminals. In this sequence, bulldozer action is going on in Gorakhpur on the illegal construction of Rakesh Yadav, who is included in the list of top-10 mafia in the state and 61 in the district. Along with the police-administration, in the presence of GDA and Municipal Corporation, this action is being taken on the ancestral house of the mafia worth 4.5 crores.
Mafia Rakesh Yadav is in jail after canceling his bail
The jailed mafia has got construction done illegally in Gulriha area. Apart from Gorakhpur, 52 cases of murder, attempt to murder, extortion, threatening, gangster, goon and Arms Act have been registered against Mafia Rakesh Yadav, a resident of Jhungia area of Gulriha area. On June 3, 2023, Rakesh Yadav went to jail after canceling the bail in the case of attempt to murder, rebellion and assault registered at Chiluatal police station on October 6, 2019.
Illegal construction was done without passing the map
Please tell that the mafia Rakesh Yadav had occupied about seven thousand square feet of Gram Sabha land in Jhungiya area of Gulriha area. Out of this, he had got illegal construction done on four thousand square feet of land. Its estimated cost is said to be around Rs 4.5 crore. People around say that three brothers have a share in this building. A two-storey building has been constructed on the spot, which is being completely demolished.
In the investigation, it was found that Rakesh Yadav had got the construction done illegally in Gulriha’s Jhungia without getting the map passed. After this, on Tuesday the team of police and GDA Municipal Corporation reached the spot for demolition. Same, Superintendent of Police North Manoj Kumar Awasthi, Assistant Superintendent of Police Manush Parikh along with GDA Chief Engineer Kishan Singh, ACM Second Rajeev Kumar and several police station forces are present on the spot.
