On June 3, 2023, Rakesh Yadav went to jail after canceling the bail in the case of attempt to murder, rebellion and assault registered at Chiluatal police station on October 6, 2019.

Illegal construction was done without passing the map

Please tell that the mafia Rakesh Yadav had occupied about seven thousand square feet of Gram Sabha land in Jhungiya area of ​​Gulriha area. Out of this, he had got illegal construction done on four thousand square feet of land. Its estimated cost is said to be around Rs 4.5 crore. People around say that three brothers have a share in this building. A two-storey building has been constructed on the spot, which is being completely demolished.

In the investigation, it was found that Rakesh Yadav had got the construction done illegally in Gulriha’s Jhungia without getting the map passed. After this, on Tuesday the team of police and GDA Municipal Corporation reached the spot for demolition. Same, Superintendent of Police North Manoj Kumar Awasthi, Assistant Superintendent of Police Manush Parikh along with GDA Chief Engineer Kishan Singh, ACM Second Rajeev Kumar and several police station forces are present on the spot.
