Gorakhpur: Development projects worth Rs 343 crore will change the face of the city, know the special things about CM Yogi Adityanath’s visit.

Gorakhpur News: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is going to inaugurate projects worth more than Rs 193 crore in Gorakhpur on the birth anniversary of Lord Vishwakarma. From the same programme, the Chief Minister will also lay the foundation stone of the commercial complex and multi-level parking in Ghantaghar, to be built at a cost of Rs 27.53 crore, as well as the Gaurav Museum, to be built at a cost of Rs 20.43 crore.

Earlier on September 2, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had laid the foundation stone of development works worth about Rs 629 crore in Gorakhpur district. He had then handed over 195 development projects to the public. In the program to be organized on Sunday on the occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti, the Chief Minister will inaugurate two development projects of Jal Nigam worth Rs 193.69 crore, three of UPRNS Pratham worth Rs 4 crore 32.38 lakh and 30 development projects of Municipal Corporation worth Rs 19.08 crore.

Along with this, five of Rural Engineering Department’s Rs 24.40 crore, one of UP Projects Corporation’s Rs 20.43 crore, four of UPRNS I’s Rs 22.25 crore, eight of Municipal Corporation’s Rs 4.23, one of Public Works Department Block 3’s Rs 19.77 crore, 2.43 of DUDA. Will lay the foundation stone of three projects worth Rs 19 crore and C&DS Unit 19 worth Rs 31.94 crore.

These include roads, drains, sewerage Sewerage Scheme Zone A-1 Southern Part (Lower Part), cost 192 crores, Gorakhpur Septage Management Solution (Co-Treatment) under AMRUT program cost 1.67 crores, Smart Class and Building in Government ITI Railway Colony. The cost of repair of the hospital is Rs 1.69 crore and the cost of the trauma center in the district hospital is Rs 1.19 crore.

Foundation stone of these major projects will be laid

  • Bandhu Singh Commercial Complex in Ghantaghar, multilevel parking work worth Rs 27.53 crore

  • Construction of Gaurav Museum, cost Rs 20.43 crore

  • Two-four lane widening and strengthening of the road from Hariyali Guest House near Andhiyari Bagh Ramlila Maidan to Surajkund Colony via Nirankari Bhawan turn, costing Rs 19.77 crore.

  • Government Women’s Shelter, cost eight crore five lakh 42 thousand rupees

  • Pump house on Kataniya regulator and RCC drain from Kataniya regulator to Maheva Phalamandi, cost Rs 7 crore 89.22 lakh.

  • RCC drain from Azad Chowk to Bharwalia GDA drain via Chilmapur, cost Rs 6 crore 28.44 lakh.

  • Shelter home in ward number 48 Kanha Dharamshala market, cost Rs 2.24 crore

  • Shelter home in Ward No. 38 Kanha Upvan Nagar, cost Rs 2.17 crore

  • Construction of Material Recovery Facility (MRF) Center in eight Nagar Panchayats (PPganj, Campierganj, Ghaghsara Bazar, Unwal, Bansgaon, Barhalganj, Mundera Bazar, Uruva Bazar), cost Rs 4.23 crore.

These projects are to be inaugurated

  • Under AMRUT programme, Gorakhpur Sewerage Scheme A-1 Southern Part (Lower Part) cost Rs 192 crore.

  • Trauma center in district hospital cost Rs 1 crore 19 lakh 42 thousand.

  • Smart class started in Government ITI Railway Colony, building repair cost Rs 1.69 crore.
