Gorakhpur: Big industrial houses will participate on the foundation day, GIDA and UPDA will together increase the land bank of 2100 acres.

Big industrial houses of the country are setting up their big industrial plants in Gorakhpur. The demand for setting up the plant has increased to such an extent that the land is becoming less. In view of this, GIDA has now started increasing its land bank. Earlier, big industrialists did not want to set up plants in Gorakhpur due to lack of land and poor law and order. But since 2017, many plants have been set up in Gida, Gorakhpur and many companies are going to set up their plants. Before GIDA Day to be held on 30th November, GIDA and UP are ready to strengthen the data of Land Bank and make a strong investment proposal to big industrial houses like Reliance, Adani, Tata. The GIDA administration is claiming that before the month of December, GIDA and UPDA will have a land bank of more than 2100 acres. Presently GIDA has a land bank of up to 1000 acres on both sides of Kalesar, Bhiti Rawat and Link Express. Land has also been allotted for more than 200 industries here. Now GIDA is preparing to start land registry for Dhuriapar Industrial Township. Gida Day is proposed on 30th November. Officials of Laghu Udyog Bharti along with GIDA Administration Chamber of Industry have also gathered for its preparation.

GIDA is writing letters to industrial houses

Those responsible for development and possibilities in GIDA are writing letters to big industrial houses like Reliance, Adani, Tata for its development. The preparation of Gida administration is to show the ground reality to the industrialists regarding the facilities and infrastructure in Gida. Now entrepreneurs will not have to wander here and there to do important work and solve problems in GIDA. GIDA Seva Portal is being prepared for their convenience. All important work will be done on this portal. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will launch this portal in a program organized on GIDA Day on 30 November. Its preparation is in the final stage. On this portal, you will be able to make online payment along with premium lease rent and maintenance charges for allotted plots. Online application for the map can also be made through this portal. Complaints about problems arising in various sectors in GIDA can be made on this portal. GIDA CEO Anuj Malik said that the deed of the first phase for Dhuriapar Industrial Township will start soon. It will be started in three villages of Gola tehsil. He said that 1600 acres of land is to be acquired. Budget is being demanded from the government for the acquisition. There will be no shortage of land in Gorakhpur for all types of industries, big and small.

In the first phase, GIDA will acquire 1600 acres of land in three villages of Gola. It is proposed to acquire 5500 acres of land of 7 villages in Dhuriapar. There is a plan to purchase land in three villages of Gola tehsil, Harpur, Sakardeiya and Kast Kashinayak. GIDA administration has asked for Rs 575 crore from the government out of Rs 1150 crore required for Dhuriapar Industrial Township. In this sequence, about 500 acres of land has been notified in eight villages of Khajni tehsil for the expansion of the industrial corridor. UPEDA will buy this land. About 500 acres of land will be taken in the villages Bahadurpur Khurd, Bahadurpur Buzurg, Harnahi, Gajar Jagdish, Sonarishankar, Dadwa, Bahuripar, Khurd, Bahuripar Buzurg village of Khajni tehsil.
