Gorakhpur: Agriculture Department officer PK Gupta had come from Lucknow to visit Gorakhpur. During this, he visited the Gorakhnath temple and on his way back, his car suddenly caught fire near the Gorakhnath bridge. He was traveling with his family in the car. However, somehow everyone saved their lives by jumping. At present, the fire has been brought under control with the help of the fire brigade. But in this incident the vehicle was completely burnt. It is being told that the fire broke out due to short circuit.

A sudden fire broke out in an Innova Crysta car on Tuesday evening and the car became a ball of fire in no time. Uttar Pradesh Agriculture Department officer Dr. PK Gupta and 4 people of his family were in the car. Everyone somehow saved their lives by getting out of the car. The people present there tried to control the fire but they did not succeed. On information, the fire brigade team reached the spot and controlled the car fire in a short time. But by then the car had burnt to ashes.

Let us tell that Dr. PK Gupta, officer of Uttar Pradesh Agriculture Department, had come from Lucknow in a government vehicle to visit Gorakhnath temple with his family at around 7:00 pm. After having darshan, he was going back to Kushinagar. His car had just crossed the Gorakhnath overbridge and reached near the Tarang railway crossing when suddenly smoke started coming out of the engine of his car and soon the car caught fire.

Seeing the smoke rising there, the passers-by made noise, after which they left the car and came out and saved their lives. The local people tried hard to control the fire but they failed. Later, the fire tenders reached on the information controlled the fire. At present, all the people in the car are safe.
